Celebrate Love

Have you missed me?? I've missed you. It's hard to imagine that a whole week has gone by since I showed you something fun with the #30yearsofhappy stamp set. Today I'm mixing it up with the Celebrating Love stamp set.

My goal during the month of September is to show you different stamps sets that you can pair with these little stamps. You will be buying $30 in stamps in order to receive this free set. So, I'm just helping you to shop.

It's a quirky thing but I really like to use every individual stamp in a set. This time around I met my goal quickly with three different cards.

Don't you just love these stamps for wedding and anniversary cards? The first two cards are 3x6. The little mini  2x2 at the end is perfect for a gift enclosure.

It's so exciting to be part of a Blog Hop. In fact, it's so exciting that I made two different kinds of things because I just love this #30yearsofhappy stamp set. If you came from Violets and Sunshine with Kimberly Hill then you've surely see something wonderfully creative.

All of the background papers you see here are created with stamps. In case you're thinking I stamped one little stamp after another here's a picture of the stamps all clumped together on one block. It dawned on me in the middle of the creative mess to take this picture so excuse it's lack of cleanliness!! I think the day I discovered this fun CTMH tidbit the angels did a little singing. I'm just a big fan of this kind of fun because I know I've created something unique this way. What do you think?

It's blustery and rainy outside my house today. So?  Make a SPLASH!

For a REALLY Great Job

Yesterday I showed you some little notes you can make using the Great Job stamp set and the FREE 30 Years Of Happy set being offered by CTMH. While the stamps and inks were out on the table I couldn't help but make one more BIG card. I stamped this full image and got out my markers.

Then what?? It only makes sense to attach this to a card. AND for an added surprise I made an easel card. So ... your student can put this up where all of the studying takes place.

Keep coming back. So far I've only used 6 of the 30 stamps and I expect to use them all before this month is over. I have a whole notebook full of plans and ideas.

Great Job

It's time to take another look at what those adorable little stamps in this month's Close To My Heart special can do. My goal in this series is to show you these stamps paired with other stamp sets currently available. Just call me your "personal shopper". School is back in session. If you have a student in the house here's a fun way to say "WOW" when you find out something good that happened during any given day. These little notes are 3x3. You don't have to write a novel on the inside, just a little something about how impressed you are when you find out about an accomplishment. Wouldn't it be fun to find one of these in a lunch box, backpack or tucked in a pencil box? You can even leave these at dinner or on your student's pillow.

I used this adorable Typeface alphabet below to fill out the whole phrase on the card above. Yes I only used the "a" but this is just a set that you should have in your supplies if you don't already.
