TWINKLE - October 2015 Stamp Of The Month Blog Hop

Welcome to the October Rose Blossoms Blog Hop. On the first of every month you can count on this hop to give you some tremendous ideas about how to use the newest Stamp Of The Month. This set can be purchased for only $5 with any $50 purchase.

If you've already been hopping then you came here from Marg's swell blog, I Didn't Have Potatoes. If you're starting here then read through to the bottom and hop on with the link at the end.

Are you ready to think about Christmas?? It's ok, neither am I. BUT I'm always ready to think about scrapbooking. So I tracked down some photos, some cardstock and this fun new SOTM.

I will admit that this is a lazy design. I go through stages when I just don't want to cut everything up. The truth of the matter, I'm pretty much a simple scrapbooker. Sometimes I go all out, but my every day style looks something like this. I have a book called Made In Minutes, that's how I roll.

Here are a couple of close ups so you can see all of the stamps I used.

The year was added using the Keyboard Uppercase Alphabet

AND in case your wondering about the single page, that's not really my style either.
So, here's the other side.

Thank You so much for stopping by. Now you get the tremendous pleasure of seeing what Kim Hill has for you so hop over to Violets and Sunshine.

  1. Your pages are so fun to look at! Your photos are the star of the show, as they should be! I love how you created a border with the sentiment stamps! Perfect!!

  2. Oh my, look at that beautiful border using those vibrant colors! Great use of simple scrapbooking to get a fabulous 2 pager that captures so many moments!

  3. What a fantastic and fun layout Shelly! Love, love, LOVE those boarders and the fun, bright colors. They're perfect for your photos!

  4. Beautiful layouts Shelly! Love how you bordered the pictures. Your kiddo's are so cute and you captured the night beautifully. Awesome artwork!

  5. There's nothing wrong with keeping it simple. However, though the design may be basic, that stamping is anything but. The colors and detail are gorgeous!

  6. Oh Shelly, you are the queen of creating borders with our awesome stamps. I love the colors you selected for your stamping and it works perfectly with your pics.

  7. What a fun, happy layout! I love that your base pages are white. With all of the rich colors in the photos, it really makes them pop. Great job on the borders!!!!
