LIFE IS WONDERFUL - July 2015 Stamp Of The Month Blog Hop

A new month begins and another great Stamp of the Month blog hop is happening with the Rose Blossoms. You might be starting here or you came from Barbara's fantastic blog.

No matter how you got here please make sure to click the link at the end to move on to more creative uses of this month's FREE stamp set. Doesn't this set usually cost $5 with a $50 purchase? YEP! OR you can always buy it for $17.95 while it's available only in July.  BUT the best way to get this set in July is FREE. Purchase $25 in current stamp sets and this set is FREE. That's wonderful.

This is my layout. I am scrapbooking again this month because I really MUST keep creating layouts. I have a goal to get my photos out of the boxes and into the albums.
The best way to see that happen is ... scrapbooking.

I had such a great time making this for you. Well, actually it's for me but you get to see it before it goes in my album of FINISHED layouts. I can't tell you what I'm most excited about. The beautiful pages OR having an event from one month ago finished already.

Here's a close up of the stamped title.

"Always Remember Something ... Life is About to Happen" This title should be on a poster. Didn't I just drop this little girl off at kindergarten? It seems like I'm regularly caught off guard by a lot of these growing up things. I really do have to be reminded sometimes that life goes on and that's a really good thing. This is actually what we've been aiming for as parents, but somehow you can't get prepared to see your child in a cap and gown no matter how hard you try.

In the photo below there's actually no stamping, but you can see how all kinds of great products come together to make something wonderful. There's Black Arrow Washi Tape, patterned paper from Snowhaven and Chalk It Up, Snowhaven complement, black stars from the Scaredy Cat Assortment, & Topiary Cardstock punched with Chevron Border Punch. I just love how every sort of different thing comes together for this layout. There are a variety of other products used throughout the layout. I'm especially fond of the White Enamel Stars and the hearts from the Chalk It Up Assortment. I'm happy that I still had "love this picture" left from may Chalk It Up Complements.

Let's talk about the BEST thing to purchase in order to get your FREE stamp set. In my opinion it's definitely time to add a set of letter stamps to your collection. I have always loved the Framework Alphabet. It's the perfect size and you can create so many looks depending on how you color it. Of course you don't have to color at all. BUT I couldn't stop using this Vivid Green Twin Touch marker.

I never want you to think that a stamp set only works for scrapbooking just because I use it that way. So, my team member Anne Rukke made a card for us again this month. Isn't it great?

OK ... it's time for you to see something awesome at Tweetscraps where Morgan shows us her excellent creations. I can't wait to see it myself. After that keep on hopping until you get all the way back here and you'll know you've seen it all.
