The page on the left is actually a great big file folder turned upside down. It's a CTMH product called the True Fit Folio. So when you lift it up it looks something like this ...
And when it's fully opened it looks like this. (You can't even imagine how tricky it is to capture this in a photo ... I guarantee that the edges are straight.)
