Buzz and Bumble ... ready to pre-order

The "rules" are that I don't show the upcoming Mission Possible kits until the 10th of the month. GOOD NEWS ... I wrote the rules. That means I can show the kits a day early. Once again I'm so excited to make these kits with you. The exact assembly date hasn't been set yet BUT it really doesn't matter because you can pre-order and receive your kits even if the S.W.A.T. Team date doesn't work for you. These can be mailed after the assembly date.

There are two kits shown below. Scrapbook layouts AND cards. You can order any combination and any amount of each. Once you take a look you can contact me to place your pre-order starting NOW. These items will be available to pre-order until May 24st. Let me know before the 24th or you may not be able to get your hands on these beauties. I look forward to your email (shellynemitz@gmail.com) or phone call 651/484-4613. As soon as I receive your payment I can add you to my Buzz and Bumble list!
LAYOUTS ... 2 for $10
Let's look at the layouts. You get two layouts and everything you see here for $10. What? That's an incredible price for such beauty.

You'll get a full pack of newsprint rub-ons with your purchase of this kit. Here's a closer look. Both of these layouts are flexible designs. You can add many photos or highlight just a few.

ADD THIS STICKER PACK FOR ONLY $5

LET'S NOT FORGET THE CARDS!!!
3 CARDS FOR $5

The information posted here is also under the Mission Possible tab above with a few more details.

RBG Challenge #2 - Mother's Day Key

The creative process rarely seems to be a straight line. BUT I love the twists and turns it takes because if you keep on the path there's always an adventure ahead. Check out my latest journey. It amazes me.

I pulled out my Buzz & Bumble paper intending to make a layout for one of my future kits. I have a couple of ideas in mind, but I wanted to see if anything out there would help me push my ideas to the next level.

So I hopped on Pinterest and didn't see anything using Buzz and Bumble that would work ...  so I started to wander around and I saw this ...

You can get a closer look at www.scrapwithsue.blogspot.com.

When I started trying to make something similar with the Buzz and Bumble papers I couldn't quite figure out the sizes. So I got out my massive stash of scraps to make some sort of prototype. The nice thing about making an example is that it's never a waste of time or materials. (especially when the materials are usually scraps!!) In the end a new layout is available for photos.

The most workable scraps I had on hand were from the Lucy paper pack. When I was deciding which side of the paper to use I noticed the little crowns all over. Which reminded me of this ...
Cricut Challenge
The second Rose Blossom challenge is the Mother's Day Key on the Artiste Cricut cartridge. It's amazing how creative you can be when you're limited. Of course there are no rules that say you can't add other shapes and the products you use are unlimited, BUT I like to stick with ONLY the button being featured. I gave page 74 a good hard stare down and came up with this ...

Will this project ever lead me back to my Buzz and Bumble paper pack??
We shall see.

B = Bling, Buttons & Brads

Welcome to the Everything ABC's Blog Hop!
For this hop we will be featuring the letter B. This may be the name of a paper, a stamp set or an embellishment. Whatever the crafter has chosen as their B element will be featured in their post. If you came from Jen Patrick ~ Roxybonds Scrappin then you're on the right track!

It would be so awesome to be able to tell you how carefully I planned out my ABC post for the letter B. BUT the truth is I got stuck. I thought about "B = Buzz & Bumble", which is a great new paper pack available on February 1st. Everyone loves a sneak peak, but that just seemed too easy to me.

What do you know ... the answer was right in front of me when I reached for my Originals book to get some card ideas. I'm so excited that this book AND Reflections are being re-released in paperback on February 1st. The cards I ended up making are all designs from the Originals book. I stepped out of my box and made some shapes I don't normally dabble in. AND I'm not going to say it too loudly, but I used all new papers. I am in love with EVERY new paper pack. It's hard to know where to start.

BLING ... here we have Bitty Sparkles & one of the new small flourishes.  This card design is called "Package Deal".

BUTTONS ... I looooooooove Close To My Heart buttons. There are so many great sizes, colors & shapes. I will never have too many! This card design is "Clean Cut".

BRADS ... lets not talk about how many brads I have collected over the years. Just this week I ordered two more packs of these shimmer brads because they're going away in the next Idea Book (that means they're gone after January 31st). I love everything about these. This card design is "Tie Back Tag".

Thank you so much for visiting my blog. Can't wait to show you C ... even though I still don't know what it will be!!
